Damages and issues

if for whatever reason the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as the item arrives. We will only consider replacing or providing a refund if we are contacted withing 5 days of receiving your package and item is still in its original brand new packaging.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once you have contacted us about the damaged item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. Please note refunds can take up to 14 business days ( excluding holidays) If you are still not seeing a refund please contact infobhadandboujee@gmail.com


 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return Shipping Cost:
